SIXT in Philadelphia Downtown is seeking a Customer Vehicle Service Agent to clean, polish, inspect, and prepare vehicles for rental, ensuring a premium guest experience.

You will inspect incoming cars for damage, coordinate with the team on maintenance, keep the lot organized, and assist customers with returns, questions, or charges. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in vehicle service, and the ability to work outdoors 40 hours weekly in all weather. Uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in vehicle service or related field.
• Experience in car rental, automotive maintenance, or dealership services preferred.
• Strong verbal communication abilities with customers and coworkers.
• Must be at least 18, valid driver’s license with a clean record, able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, day or evening shifts, outdoors in all weather, physically able to move vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Clean, polish, and inspect vehicles to ensure rental readiness.
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and coordinate maintenance with the team.
• Keep the lot organized and tag vehicles for maintenance.
• Assist customers with a friendly welcome and explain charges or services.
• Shuttle cars between locations, dealerships, and car washes.
