Alterra Mountain Company’s Stratton Ski School is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents for seasonal roles. You’ll greet guests, handle inquiries, and guide customers from initial contact to booking.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented, proactive problem solvers, and computer literate. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities through December.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and computer literacy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and address guest issues.
• Answer phone calls from guests.
• Provide information about the Snow Sports School.
• Sell and book snow sports lessons.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Sell select products to guests.
• Assist guests with rates and information regarding lessons.
• Additional duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Ski School Front Desk Agents are expected to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all ski school guests, from initial inquiries through the completion of their sales. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented, friendly, proactive problem solvers, and computer literate.

There are full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities available for this position. Compensation is $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
