Vail Resorts in Colorado is seeking a Winter Seasonal Service Tech for the 2026/2027 season. No prior experience required; we will train you to provide equipment services and information for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Starting wage is $20 per hour. Shifts are full time or part time; 18+ and able to work nights, holidays and weekends; fluent English is required. Housing is not provided. Applications accepted on a rolling basis until filled.

Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude to tune, maintain, or repair ski/snowboard gear.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move actively in a team environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests with training provided.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Potentially assist with cashiering, retail, rentals or other departments.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
