Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring seasonal Service Technicians for Winter 2026/2027. No experience required; you'll be trained on tuning and repair services and work with a team to ensure top guest service.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available. Housing is not provided. Applicants must be 18+ and able to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Benefits include free employee passes, discounts, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Display mechanical aptitude for ski/snowboard tunes, maintenance or repairs.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service while advising on gear condition.
• Perform tuning and repair services for guests; training will be provided.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Assist with cashiering, retail, rentals, or other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
