Job summary

Fabick Cat seeks a Rental Support Specialist to help manage Rental Systems Applications, set up users, process invoices, and maintain supplier data. You will assist with order entry, certificates of insurance, and reporting to support customer and management needs.

In this role you’ll coordinate with vendors, manage payables, track REP charges, and help drive accurate invoicing for rental fleet and sales assets, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of sales administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong project management, customer service and administrative skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good time management and organization
• Detail oriented
• Familiar with insurance terminology

Responsibilities

• Set up rental applications and train new users.
• Investigate errors in Rental Systems Applications with vendors and fixes.
• Create and maintain reports across platforms for customers and management.
• Process payables and vendor invoices for the Rental Department.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory, and vendor communications.
• Review customer insurance certificates and submit to vendor portals.
• Monitor and report REP charges and process REP claims.
• Handle equipment sales invoicing and reporting for CAT assets.
• Document rental rates and data entry for books/contracts.
• Assign national account customers to internal accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
