Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage branch rental/sales orders, process contracts, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will handle invoicing inquiries, collaborate with departments, and support vendor transactions while promoting safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in rental, customer service, or billing preferred.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies; provide documentation and solutions.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation of returned/off-rented equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities.
• Provide backup support and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Maintain records of rental transactions and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and vendor invoices; verify statements.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
