Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is seeking a CRS Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager for daily store and service operations.

The role emphasizes safety culture, hiring, developing, and resolving employee issues while maintaining a productive, customer-friendly environment. Responsibilities include processing rental paperwork, handling calls, prioritizing service needs, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years rental equipment industry experience
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements
• Planning and Management
• Inventory management
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Process rental paperwork including rental agreements, quotes, work orders, and service documents
• Answer incoming calls and negotiate with customers
• Set the pace and priorities for the Service Department and Truck Transportation based on customer needs
• Inventory control (Rental Fleet, Parts, Merchandise)
• Participate in safety program and work in a safe manner
• Assist in other branch functions as needed and assigned by management
