Job summary

Yancey Rents in Georgia is seeking a CRS Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in daily store and service operations. You will help maintain a safe workplace, foster a “Safety First” culture, and support hiring, development, and addressing employee issues, while ensuring loyal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing rental paperwork, quotes, work orders, and other service documents; answering calls; setting service priorities; and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years rental equipment industry experience required.
• Experience with work planning and scheduling and supervisory activities preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process rental paperwork, quotes, work orders and other service documents.
• Answer incoming calls and negotiate with customers.
• Set priorities for Service Department and Truck Transportation based on customer needs.
• Maintain inventory control for Rental Fleet, Parts and Merchandise.
• Participate in safety programs and work in a safe manner.
• Assist in other branch functions as needed by management.
