Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long‑term customer relationships to drive profitable rental growth within an assigned territory.
• Prospect new rental customers through jobsite visits, referrals, and targeted outreach while maintaining existing accounts.
• Assess customer needs by understanding project scope, timelines, and equipment requirements to recommend rental solutions.
• Quote‑to‑contract: generate rental quotes and complete contracts, documentation, and system entries.
• Own the rental process from initial contact through delivery, return, and post‑rental follow‑up.
• Maintain a customer‑focused mindset to build trust and strong working relationships.
• Demonstrate strong organization to manage multiple opportunities and priorities across a territory.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
