Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Rental to drive rental revenue through proactive outreach and timely responses to inquiries and quotes. This role focuses on developing new and reactivated customers for the Rental business, coordinating with branch teams to offer equipment solutions and convert opportunities into bookings.

You will collaborate with Rental Consultants, Branch Managers, Outside Sales, and other Fabick Cat teams, maintaining CRM discipline and a strong service

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated service orientation and client care.
• Polished communication skills across channels.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in equipment knowledge and rental expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong written, phone, and in-person communication.
• Accurate data entry in business systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional experience for every customer in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Assess customer needs, timing, and equipment requirements with thoughtful questions.
• Own customer requests and follow through to resolution or next steps.
• Recommend rental equipment solutions and coordinate with branches as needed.
• Prepare quotes and rental contracts with complete and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, service, sales, and other teams to support availability and delivery.
• Respond to concerns with urgency and empathy while keeping customers informed.
• Support in-store sales, inventory, and parts ordering for rentals.
• Build knowledge of Fabick Cat Rentals equipment and stay current on changes.
