Fabick Cat is seeking a Rental Specialist to cover a defined territory, focusing on rental and sales of equipment and attachments. You will work with customers to tailor solutions, coordinate with the Sales Manager, and maintain strong market knowledge to drive growth.

The role emphasizes accurate data reporting through CRM, participation in meetings, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver an industry-leading customer experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related discipline or 3+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Background in construction or aerial equipment sales or rental is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Rental coverage of an assigned territory/customers for equipment and attachments.
• Provide professional advice to customers on equipment solutions and coordinate with Sales Manager.
• Maintain familiarity with customers' operations and markets; report market changes to management.
• Promote The Whole Store concept and ensure accurate CRM data and records.
• Attend meetings and events as assigned and assist with collections as needed.
