Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to drive growth for Godwin rental pumps and dewatering solutions in an assigned territory. You will develop strategies to expand the customer base, increase rental revenue, and build long-term relationships across municipal, industrial, construction, and emergency response markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent work experience in rental/outside sales.
• Experience in rental sales, outside sales or territory sales.
• Familiarity with Godwin pump applications or dewatering systems.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and industrial accounts.
• Promote and sell Godwin rental pump systems, accessories, bypass setups, and temporary pumping solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dewatering, sewer bypass, stormwater control, emergency pumping and industrial applications.
• Meet and exceed rental revenue, margin and activity targets.
• Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, setup and support of rental equipment.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and rental recommendations based on application requirements.
