Xylem is seeking a Sales Representative (Rental) to drive growth for Godwin rental solutions in the assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, increasing rental revenue, and building long-term relationships with municipal, industrial, construction, and emergency response customers.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and coordinate with operations and service teams to deliver reliable rental solutions.

• Ability to manage a territory and drive rental revenue.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and industrial accounts.
• Promote and sell Godwin rental pump systems, accessories, bypass setups, and temporary pumping solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dewatering, sewer bypass, stormwater control, emergency pumping, and industrial applications.
• Meet and exceed rental revenue, margin, and activity targets.
• Partner with branch operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery, setup, and support of rental equipment.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Godwin rental solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and rental recommendations based on application requirements.
