Foley Industries in Kansas is seeking a Rental Sales Rep to build and grow relationships with customers and expand market share in the Salina area. You will manage direct customer interactions, assess equipment needs, and guide customers through specifications and selections.

The ideal candidate will have outside sales experience, a strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Travel to training and other locations is required.

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual who excels at building and maintaining customer relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Rental Sales Rep.

As a Rental Sales Rep at Foley Equipment, you will be responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining relationships with our valued customers while strategically expanding our market share in your assigned area.

We are seeking someone with a good attitude, a sense of urgency, and a strong customer service orientation. You should be a go-getter who is organized, resilient, and courageous enough to cold call on job sites and seize sales opportunities.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Strategically manage and maximize sales opportunities through direct customer interaction.
• Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze customer needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection.
• Help customers identify specifications regarding equipment to meet their unique requirements.
• Consult with customers to answer inquiries and resolve any concerns they may have.
• Effectively manage the customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and nurture customer interactions.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to initiate engaging conversations.
• Previous experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form, enabling effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to drive and a valid license required.

• Previous rental sales experience, especially in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including equipment and various phases of job sites.
• Hands-on experience in the construction industry, providing you with a deeper understanding of customer needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, enabling you to cater to a wider range of customers.
