Job summary

SIXT is hiring at our airport Denver location. You will drive customer satisfaction by advising on vehicle options and up-selling to meet customer needs, while learning about our mobility fleet. The role blends customer service with sales, offering an uncapped bonus plan and strong earning potential.

You will handle rental agreements, upsell upgrades, and ensure a smooth rental experience. A valid US driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Earn an hourly rate of $19.85 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $60,000 up to $70,000 with unlimited earning potential.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
• You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
• You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
