Job summary

SIXT is hiring at the airport location for a sales-driven customer service associate. You will welcome customers, guide them through the rental process, and confidently upsell upgrades, protection, fuel options, and services to meet each customer’s needs.

Earn an hourly rate of $15.70 with uncapped bonuses, creating an average annual salary from $31,000 up to $60,000. Flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a strong team environment are offered to drive the rental experience forward.

Qualifications

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• You bring experience from retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with a service mindset.
• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy customer interaction.
• You thrive in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• You are willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• You have a valid US drivers license and can work in the US without sponsorship.

• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships

• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure


• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours


• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
