Job summary

SIXT is hiring at our airport branch to greet customers, guide them through the car rental process, and upsell upgrades and services. You will drive sales while delivering friendly, efficient service and maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped bonuses with earnings potentially ranging from a regional average to a high ceiling based on performance.

Qualifications

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact.
• You bring experience from retail, hospitality, banking, B2B or car rental with a service mindset.

• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.

Earn an hourly rate of $18.25 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $74k up to $134k with unlimited earning potential.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
• You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
• You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
