Job summary

SIXT at the airport is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Service Associate to drive rentals and up-sell additional services. You will be the first point of contact, greeting customers, guiding them through the rental process, and identifying needs from the start.

Your role emphasizes upselling, building rapport, and achieving sales targets with uncapped bonuses. The position offers flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for significant earnings through commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, B2B, or car rental with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and comfortable with direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays with flexible hours.
• Valid US driver's license and authorization to work in the US.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
• You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
• You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• You have a valid US driver\'s license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
