Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the lot and provide friendly service.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log them into lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal and direct customers accordingly.
• Check vehicle for damage and direct customers to complete damage/loss report.
• Ensure the lot is organized to facilitate movement and access.
