Job summary

National Car Rental via Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Temporary Customer Service Return Agent at the Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). The role focuses on providing friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and ensuring smooth customer transactions. Shifts run 12:00pm–8:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm with a 90-day seasonal window starting September 2026.

Position pays $15.00 per hour. Candidates must meet minimum age and driving-record requirements, with at least 1 year in customer

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of continuous customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

Greet customers using prescribed dialogue upon arrival.
Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
Identify items found in vehicles and file lost-and-found.
Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
Maintain courteous, professional interactions and document dissatisfaction when present.
Inspect vehicles for damage and direct guests to complete damage/loss reports.
Verify fuel level and ensure proper tank status at return.
Keep the lot organized and manage traffic flow.
Attend to duties and improve performance through self-assessment and training.
