• Must show proof of a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must be 21 years of age or have a driver's license for 3 years.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and MS Word/Excel.
• Ability to complete tasks with precision and speed with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Customer service and sales orientation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers as they arrive.
• Assist customers with luggage.
• Advise and review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Inquire about service and satisfaction.
• Inspect the vehicle and determine fuel tank level.
• Complete a service alert for mechanical or body damage.
• Identify vehicles on hold and verify movement to the proper lot.
• Assist the service dept with vehicle cleaning as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of rental/return documents, fuel services, surcharges, and optional coverage.
• Understand damage/loss reporting procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as required.
