Job summary

Texas First Rentals in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Full-Time Rental Project Coordinator to communicate with customers, sales and operations teams on project details, delivery, and logistics. Coordinate incoming rental projects for the local geography to achieve revenue goals for the branch.

Responsibilities include processing quotations, reservations, contracts, deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers; establishing accounts; supporting branch operations; and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of related experience; five years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates rental projects including processing quotations, reservations and contracts, delivery and equipment or labor logistics.
• Establishes new rental and sales accounts as needed.
• Supports local branch operations in equipment service coordination.
• Coordinates internal and external delivery trucks and manages customer expectations regarding delivery.
• Warm calls on lost and/dormant accounts to retain business; assists with sales/marketing initiatives to increase market share.
• Formulates bids on new and existing jobs and projects.
• Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point.
• Maintains records of sales or other business transactions.
