Job summary

Foley Equipment in Kansas City, MO seeks a strategic leader to lead and grow the Rental Power Solutions business. You will drive sales performance, expand market share, and deliver profitable results while directing sales strategy, budgeting, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with service and parts teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of sales management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams and long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years in sales and/or sales management.
• Proven experience managing people with strong employee relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to produce sales materials and proposals.
• Proficiency with business software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Customer-focused with commitment to long-term relationships.
• Understanding of power systems and equipment applications.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory and budgeting processes.
• Valid driver's license required.
