Job summary

Foley Power Solutions in Missouri seeks a Rental Manager to provide leadership for our Foley Rental location(s), overseeing sales, operations, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and profit and loss, guide outside sales reps, and identify new equipment needs and markets. Travel for training and support at other locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in equipment or rental sales is preferred.
• Experience in sales management and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and equipment rental practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and operational aspects of yard, drivers, and rental coordinators.
• Build rapport with employees and customers to foster a collaborative environment.
• Develop and mentor employees to enhance performance.
• Manage outside sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify rental market trends and equipment needs for growth.
• Prepare and manage budgets and-owned P&L responsibilities.
• Travel to train and support at other Foley locations.
