Leppo Rents is seeking a Rental Specialist to keep a busy operation organized while solving customer problems and ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed.

You will handle rentals from the initial conversation through pickup or delivery, coordinating with Service and Transportation teams, and helping coach other members of the Rental team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or technical/trade school education.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers determine equipment needs and fit.
• Creating and managing rental contracts from start to finish.
• Coordinating pickups, deliveries, returns, and availability.
• Working with Service for maintenance or repair needs.
• Training and supporting other Rental team members.
