Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business administration or related)
• 1+ year customer service experience preferred
• Intermediate computer literacy required

Responsabilités

• Handle sales and inbound/outbound call processes
• Maintain accurate data in the marketing database
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
• Support achieving Ryder market share through sales and marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
