Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a driven Rental Management Trainee to fast-track into a management role through an 18–24 month accelerated development program. You will gain hands-on training across Finance, Operations, HR, and Sales & Marketing to build leadership capability.

The program emphasizes customer relationships, asset management, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.
• One year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate (intermediate) required.
• Travel: None.
• DOT Regulated.
• No Job Category Operations and Support.

Responsibilities

• Handle the sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation.
• Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
• Responsible for generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
