Job summary

Wiese in Baltimore, MD is seeking a hands-on customer service professional to manage the rental process for forklifts and related equipment. You will help customers determine the best type and size of equipment, arrange transportation, generate invoices, and maintain accurate spreadsheets and reports.

This fast-paced, in-office role requires strong organization, multitasking, and teamwork to meet daily goals. Some overtime may be required, and no remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a customer service related position.
• Strong data entry skills and speed.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics or shipping preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, comprehensive background record check, and proof of employment eligibility (E-Verify) are required for any position offered.
