Pape’ Material Handling is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join their team in Arlington, WA. In this fast-paced role you’ll be the primary contact for rental customers, handling inbound rentals, service, and sales by phone and walk-in, and ensuring a great rental experience.

The position requires strong computer and communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and knowledge of the rental equipment industry.

• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Record daily activity to ensure timely follow-up on future requests.
• Serve as the customer primary point of contact and ensure a great rental experience.
