Responsibilities

• Process rental vehicle check-outs and check-ins following policy.
• Verify customer identification, active auto insurance, and credit card details before vehicle release.
• Handle rental reservations, optimize fleet availability, and process payments.
• Maintain the rental database to track vehicle status, mileage, and maintenance.
• Coordinate damage repairs and handle insurance claims and internal repairs for rentals.
• Prepare vehicles and stage in designated areas, including signage where needed.
• Promote the rental vehicle service to dealership guests and service clients.
