Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking aRental Fleet Coordinator in Dublin, OH. This full-time role manages the insurance claim process from start to finish, coordinating with customers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will track orders, document vehicle damage, and maintain confidential information while supporting audits and fleet management tasks. Prior experience in rental, service, or claims is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in car rental, auto service, insurance claims, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate weekly/monthly fleet audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning TSD DEALER fleet software.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier claim portals.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and track repair/service orders.
• Handle customer information for rental agreements and contracts.
• Document vehicle damage and distinguish pre-existing vs. new damage.

As the Rental Fleet Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the insurance claim process from start to finish while providing exceptional customer service and support to the internal team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, timely communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, insurance companies, rental locations, and internal departments. The Rental Fleet Coordinator ensures claims are handled efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting the team’s operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of insurance claims processes, including filing and internal claim handling
• Open and track repair/service orders
• Accurately handle customer information for rental agreements and contracts (credit cards, ID, insurance)
• Documenting vehicle damage (writing damage reports, noting pre-existing vs. new damage)
• Handle confidential customer and insurance information professionally
• Resolving discrepancies during audits or disputed damage claims

Requirements
