Job summary

Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a Rental Fleet Coordinator to manage the insurance claim process from start to finish and support the internal team with exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with customers, insurance companies, rental locations, and internal departments.

Responsibilities include handling insurance claims, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information while upholding

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in car rental, auto service, insurance claims, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for weekly/monthly fleet audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning rental/fleet management software TSD DEALER program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claim process from start to finish.
• Open and track repair/service orders.
• Accurately handle customer information for rental agreements and contracts.
• Document vehicle damage (damage reports, pre-existing vs. new).
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and insurance information.
• Resolve discrepancies during audits or disputed damage claims.
