Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group in Minnesota is hiring a Rental Advisor to greet customers, process rental paperwork, and answer questions. You will ensure cars are clean, fueled, and ready, maintain rental logs, and coordinate with Advisors/BDC/Sales to schedule rentals.

The role requires at least one year of related experience or training, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will assist with shuttle duties and support the team during busy periods while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Process rental paperwork.
• Handle customer questions/inquiries/complaints.
• Maintain an accurate rental log.
• Ensure cars are clean and fueled for customers.
• Walk around rentals to check for damage.
• Assist with shuttle and other duties when busy.
• Coordinate with Advisors/BDC/Sales to schedule rentals.
