Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group in Minnesota is hiring a Rental Advisor to greet customers, process rental paperwork, and answer questions. You will ensure cars are clean, fueled, and ready, maintain rental logs, and coordinate with Advisors/BDC/Sales to schedule rentals.

The role requires at least one year of related experience or training, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. You will assist with shuttle duties and support the team during busy periods while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive.

If any are going out in the morning, pull them into the drive.Assist Porters with duties when the drive is busyShuttle customersPull vehicles around for customersPull emergency vehicles out of the drive in the morningBag & tag vehiclesKeep the drive clean and dry (to prevent tripping)Assist Advisors with duties when the drive is busyHelp with walkaroundsBring them copiesEducation and/or Experience:One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Qualifications and Requirements:Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standardsWilling to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background checkExcellent communications skills, both verbal and writtenGood working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethicBe a team player and willing to work on personal/group goalsThe company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.Our Values: We value our relationships.
