Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PDF processing software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with confirming rental bookings and preparing daily rental units with guest names.
• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for guests.
• Greet customers upon check-in and provide a brief orientation on the vehicle.
• Support billing and payment processing from insurance providers, warranties, or customer pay.
• Help track and manage unpaid claims, working with claims agents as needed.
• Assist in reporting fleet status to management, including rental durations, scheduled pickups/drop-offs, and fleet utilization.
• Follow up on Just Drive leads to schedule and ensure fleet utilization.
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.
