Job summary

Cornerstone Ford/Chrysler in Elk River, MN is seeking a Rental Advisor to greet customers, process rental paperwork, and handle inquiries. You will maintain vehicle readiness, resolve overdue rentals, and coordinate with Advisors, BDC, and Sales to ensure accurate rental logs and timely turnovers.

This role requires at least one year of related experience or training, and offers paid training, PTO, a 40-hour workweek, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and process rental paperwork.
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Resolve overdue car rentals and ensure availability of vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
• Maintain an accurate rental log and coordinate with teams to schedule rentals.
• Inspect returned rentals for damage and perform walkarounds.
• Assist with drive duties when busy and shuttle customers as needed.
