Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is looking for a Rental Coordinator to support planning, execution, and coordination of rental equipment and logistics for projects in Philadelphia. You will help ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while maintaining yard efficiency and inventory control.

This role collaborates with operations, vendors, and field teams to manage procurement, equipment scheduling, and asset tracking, including trucks, trailers, and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with vendor management or procurement is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: coordinate acquisition of supplies and rental equipment from vendors.
• Track rental equipment lifecycle and manage on/off rent processes.
• Create and manage purchase orders with pricing accuracy.
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify new vendors.
• Review daily documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory levels and order equipment/parts as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling of trucks, trailers, and equipment with operations.
• Maintain asset tracking for billing and operations.
• Organize yard resources using tracking systems and tools.
• Oversee maintenance and yard upkeep, including storage and organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of equipment to job sites and assist with issues.
