Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Rental Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of rental equipment and logistics for projects.

The role focuses on yard efficiency, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, vendors, and field teams, based at our Trevose, PA Branch. Key responsibilities include procurement, scheduling, asset tracking, and ensuring equipment is inspected and maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in rental coordination, logistics, or yard operations.
• Able to operate forklift or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: Coordinate acquisition of supplies, materials, and rental equipment from vendors.
• Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and order equipment and parts as needed; maintain tracking of rental and owned assets for billing and operations.
• Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling and use of trucks, trailers, and equipment with operations teams; ensure timely delivery to job sites.
• Maintenance: Oversee maintenance coordination and yard upkeep; coordinate warranty work and equipment repairs.
• Vendor management: Maintain vendor relationships; identify new vendors to support needs.
• Operations: Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and transportation logistics; monitor driver activity for compliance; support overtime and deployment needs.
• Asset tracking: Support asset tracking systems such as GPS or digital tools; ensure equipment inspections and service records.
