Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and logistics of rental equipment for multiple projects.

This role focuses on maintaining yard efficiency, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination with operations, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure timely project delivery. The position is based in Trevose, PA and requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with rental logistics.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating rentals, logistics, or yard operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate procurement of rental equipment and materials from vendors.
• Manage rental lifecycle, including on/off rent and purchase orders.
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify new suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment scheduling with operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper maintenance of equipment and assets.
• Support yard operations, maintenance, and asset tracking across all equipment.
