Job summary

Mustang Cat in Houston, TX is hiring a Rental Equipment Counter Sales Representative to help customers identify the right rental equipment, manage orders, and coordinate delivery and pickup.

You will support Outside Sales, handle contracts and billing, and use our internal systems. Strong customer service, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and mechanical aptitude are valued.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal, written, phone, in-person).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand customer equipment needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone to identify the right rental equipment.
• Coordinate the rental process from order to return with attention to accuracy and service.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives to complete customer transactions.
• Dispatch haul trucks for delivery and pickup of equipment.
• Manage contracts and billing through our internal systems.
• Use available tools and resources to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
