Job summary

Mustang Cat is seeking a Rental Branch Manager for Willis, TX to lead our rental operation. This role oversees daily branch performance, equipment readiness, customer service, and financial results. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the equipment rental industry.
• Previous experience managing or leading an equipment rental operation strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees and manage a fast-paced operation.
• Strong understanding of equipment rental processes and customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rental equipment is inspected, repaired, maintained, and ready to meet customer demand.

• Manage branch invoicing, administrative functions, and operational reporting.
• Develop and manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with service, transportation, sales, and other rental locations to support customer and operational needs.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Represent Mustang professionally with customers, employees, and the community.

Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is seeking an experienced Rental Branch Manager to lead our Willis rental operation. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including rental operations, team leadership, equipment readiness, customer service, and financial performance.

We're looking for a hands‑on leader who understands the equipment rental business, knows how to keep a fast‑paced operation running smoothly, and can build a strong team focused on safety and customer service.
