Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in West Columbia, SC, is seeking an Equipment Yard Coordinator to coordinate machine and attachment activity and ensure rental fleet readiness.

You will handle check-in/check-out, document hours and fuel, capture photos, verify manuals, store units neatly, and assist with loading for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized yard. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of machines and attachments daily.
• Complete check-in including documentation, photos, and damage notes.
• Notify Service Department and Equipment Manager of any damage or issues.
• Verify equipment/serial numbers, assist with loading for shipment.
• Utilize tablet for check-in/check-out and keep yard organized.
