Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a detail‑oriented individual to coordinate the movement of rental machines and attachments and ensure units are safe and rental ready.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound movement, initial check‑in and check‑out, documenting hours, taking photos, and coordinating with the Service Department and Equipment Manager. Must work with minimal supervision and lift/crawl as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills essential.
• Ability to operate a wide range of equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of machines and attachments.
• Complete initial check-in: hours, fuel, damage photos, and manual present.
• Complete check-out: verify serials, manuals, and attachments; assist loading.
• Use tablet for check-in/out processes.
• Locate, store, and organize units in the yard; monitor unit status.
• Perform inspections and ensure RFID devices are functioning.
• Provide information and assist other management tasks as needed.

Job Summary:

Coordinate machine and attachment activity. Ensure rental fleet machines and attachments are capable of a safe and successful rental.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating and processing both inbound and outbound movement of

machines and attachments on a daily basis

Responsible for completion of initial check-in of machines and attachments to include -

• Documentation of machine hours and fuel level


• Verification unit's manual is present


• Take pictures of each unit - noting obvious damage


• Notify Service Department and Equipment Manager immediately of any damage identified on a unit


• Advise Equipment Manager of unit arrival – provide check-in information


• Ensure unit is clean, safe and rental ready


• Park unit in appropriate area of the yard

Responsible for completion of check-out process to include -

• Verification of equipment/serial number against shipper


• Take pictures of each unit


• Confirm manual is present


• Confirm appropriate attachment(s) are included


• Assist/load for shipment

Utilize tablet for both check-in and check-out processes

Locate and store machines and attachments in a neat and organized manner

Responsible for identifying status of each unit

Exercise each unit on the yard periodically

Perform consignment inspections

Responsible to ensure yard and tracking devices are present and working on each unit (RFID)

Provide information when requested

Other tasks as requested by management

Education/Experience/Skills:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Basic computer skills

Ability to operate a wide range of equipment

Able to work with minimal supervision

Skilled at prioritizing

Basic technical aptitude

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

Able to work overtime on a regular basis

Able to climb on and off equipment and to walk all day

Physical Demands:
