Job summary

Red-D-Arc Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support daily branch operations and ensure rental equipment readiness for orders. You will handle customer inquiries, process payments, and coordinate with sales and service teams to fulfill orders.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, with a pay rate of $30 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package after probation. Prior rental or industrial customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Greater than three years of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe working environment following guidelines.
• Provides excellent customer service to all accounts.
• Follows up on leads and customer requests in a timely manner.
• Handles walk-in customers and equipment returns promptly.
• Processes credit card charges and coordinates with sales.
• Coordinates equipment requirements for order fulfillment.
