RMD Kwikform, a division of Altrad Group, seeks a Rental Coordinator based in Dallas, TX, with relocation to Ennis, TX by year end. The role focuses on keeping the shipping desk running, handling order entry, sourcing material, and scheduling delivery trucks while supporting our sales and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment.
• Able to multitask efficiently while staying detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-starter who is dependable, energetic, and organized.
• Prior experience at a return desk, order desk, or in order entry (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks.
• Handle light purchasing duties as needed.
• Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries.

As wegrow our presence in North America, we're looking for a motivated, detail-orientedprofessional to join our team as a Rental Coordinator.

Please note: This position iscurrently based in Dallas, TX and will relocate to a new facility in Ennis, TXby the end of the year. Candidates who live in or near Ennis are ideal; therole will be based in our Dallas office for approximately the first 90 days,until construction on the new facility is complete.

Position Summary

The Rental Coordinator keeps ourshipping desk running smoothly, with a focus on order entry, sourcing material,and scheduling delivery trucks, while supporting our sales and engineeringteams. This is a great fit for an organized self-starter who enjoys varied,hands-on work and delivering great customer service in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment.
