Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders and returns accurately and on time
• Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements
• Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks
• Perform light purchasing duties as needed
• Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries
• Maintain job files and documentation
• Provide prompt, professional customer service
• Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory
