Job summary

Burwell Material Handling is hiring a Rental Coordinator to support the rental department by coordinating rental activity, tracking inventory, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, coordinating deliveries and pickups, preparing rental agreements, and assisting with collections on past-due invoices.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental coordination or customer service is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from customers and team members.
• Manage the rental process for the branch—quote equipment, coordinate deliveries and pickups, handle billing, and monitor rental inventory.
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with collection efforts on past-due rental invoices when needed.
• Keep internal teams updated on equipment statuses and completed tasks.
• Track and report KPIs like utilization, dormancy, and fleet rightsizing.
