NC Machinery Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers with their equipment rental needs in person or over the phone.

You will schedule delivery/pick-up, handle administrative paperwork, and reconcile inventory assets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys interacting with people, and will work at our Bellingham location, with responsibilities spanning parts, service, and training needs.

Formación

• Strong communications skills in person and over the phone.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• HS diploma or GED; BA/BS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.
• Provide in-person or phone-based customer care.
• Follow up with customers to address questions and concerns.
• Schedule timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Log and input data; reconcile inventory assets.
• Represent the company professionally and stay current with industry education.
