Job summary

NC Machinery Co. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers with their equipment rental needs in person or over the phone.

You will schedule delivery/pick-up, handle administrative paperwork, and reconcile inventory assets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enjoys interacting with people, and will work at our Bellingham location, with responsibilities spanning parts, service, and training needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills in person and over the phone.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• HS diploma or GED; BA/BS preferred.

About the Position:

NC Machinery is looking for a Rental Coordinator to assist customers with their equipment rental needs in person or over the phone. Customer Satisfaction is always a priority! Our Rental Coordinators follow up with customers for questions, concerns and to ensure their rental equipment needs are met. They are responsible for scheduling timely delivery and pick-up of equipment. Administrative requirements include completing the appropriate paperwork timely, logging and inputting data, and reconciling inventory assets.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys interacting with people, to work in our Bellingham location.

Qualifications:

• Strong communications skills in person and over the phone.
• This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment at times and be able to multitask.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong PC skills are required with experience with Microsoft Office, DBS, construction equipment knowledge, and knowledge of general office equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary, BA/BS preferred.

Employee Benefits:

We offer a competitive benefits package that includes an hourly wage from $30.50 to $40.40 per hour.
