Harnish Group Inc. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers with equipment rentals, parts, service, and training needs in person or by phone. You will schedule deliveries and pickups, handle paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and professional representation of the company at the Bellingham location.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts, service, equipment rental, and training needs.
• Customers are taken care of in person or over the phone.
• Follow up with customers to resolve questions or concerns and ensure rental needs are met.
• Schedule timely delivery and pick-up of equipment.
• Complete paperwork, log data, and reconcile inventory assets.
• Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively.
• Promote safety standards and uphold company values.
